1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Lone Acorn Distributors LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the loneacornnc.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT (STRICT 21+) You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access this Site or purchase products from Lone Acorn Distributors. By using this Site, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

  • Age Verification: We reserve the right to perform third-party age verification checks.

  • ID Upon Delivery: For delivery orders, a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order must be presented to the delivery driver. If the recipient is under 21 or cannot produce a valid ID, the delivery will be refused and a restocking fee may apply.

3. FDA DISCLAIMER & HEALTH WARNING The products on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Consult a Physician: You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before using any of our products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medication.

  • Liability: Lone Acorn Distributors assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified medical doctor or physician when preparing a treatment plan for any and all diseases or ailments.

4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE (THE 2018 FARM BILL) All products sold on this Site contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in full compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (The Farm Bill).

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding the laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids in your specific jurisdiction. Lone Acorn Distributors is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from your purchase or possession of these products.

  • Drug Testing Warning: Consuming hemp-derived cannabinoids (such as THCA, Delta-9, or CBD) may result in a positive drug test for THC. You agree to hold Lone Acorn Distributors harmless for any positive drug test results.

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on opened products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a clogged vape cartridge), you must contact us at hi@loneacornnc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or store credit.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the delivery driver has been dispatched. Once the driver is en route, orders cannot be canceled.

6. LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY We provide local delivery to specific zones within Raleigh, NC.

  • Delivery Windows: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Refusal of Service: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual who appears intoxicated, is abusive to the driver, or is unable to provide valid 21+ identification. In such cases, the order will be canceled and refunded minus a delivery/restocking fee.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of North Carolina. Lone Acorn Distributors LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
